The Dayton Dance Conservatory Company is a non-profit 501(c)3 pre-professional youth dance company committed to creating young ambassadors of dance who will continue to proliferate and sustain the art of dance in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Our mission is to cultivate young aspiring professional dancers and instill the value of performing arts within the community to develop and identify various performance and community outreach opportunities to educate dancers by expanding and collaborating on repertoire which challenges technique, artistic depth, and creativity; to inform dancers of the historic impact of dance and the significance of continuing oral and visual traditions.
